Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return after initial delivery. All fragrance returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Once the cellophane is ripped or the bottle is sprayed, it is considered final sale due to hygiene and aesthetic degradation.
Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Decants and samples
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ski's Scent-sations is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
